50th Birthday Celebrations.

VP Mike has been giving thought to what he believes we could/should achieve. Firstly, the finalising of the History to Meeting 1000. Barry P. has committed to achieve this but there is another decade to go.

Secondly, 2011 will be the start of the 50th Year and plans are to be put in place for events through the year.eg Movie Archives , a DVD for each decade with the deadline to be Trophy Night 2011.

Thirdly, that we host a National Prewar Meeting in WA to be based in Collie late November. Propose a Nog'n Natter on Friday night, Circuit and Hillclimb on Saturday, Touring Ferguson Valley to Dunsborough, Sunday and a Sunday Night Dinner and Breakfast Farewell on Monday. Collie currently available at $1500 plus $500 if timing equipt reqd. There was general support for the suggestions.
